Return & Exchange Policy

At Siore, every product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers can request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• A wrong item has been delivered
• The product has any manufacturing defect

Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours after receiving the product.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are requested to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

The unboxing video may be required to verify any damage, wrong product, or defect claim.

Non-Returnable Cases

Return or exchange will not be accepted if:

• The product is damaged due to customer use
• The product has been used, washed, or modified
• The customer changes their mind after receiving the correct product
• Minor differences appear in handmade products (color shade, bead pattern, or small variations), as every Siore product is uniquely handcrafted

Exchange Delivery Charge

If there is no mistake or issue from Siore’s side and the customer wants an exchange, the customer needs to pay the exchange delivery charge:

Inside Dhaka: 60৳
Outside Dhaka: 120৳
